You can download a restitution form here with which you can request a refund of the examination fees for the theory exam. Have you been unable to take your theory exam due to circumstances? Then you can ask for a refund of your exam fee within 14 days. This is only possible in the following situations:

– You were so sick that you really couldn’t take the exam.
– A close person has passed away
– If you were a military man and were seconded at short notice.

Please note! If you get your exam fee back, they will still deduct administration costs from it.
